《Progressive》: Only need to fill in the SPH (spherical scope), CYL (cylindrical scope), AXS (axial position), ADD (added value), PD (distance between pupils) areas.
If there is an ‘ADD’ value on your optometry sheet, please select the progressive film.
【Step 3: Choose Index Lens Thickness】
Please select the refractive index of the lens based on your SPH value.
The higher the SPH value, the higher the refractive index lens needs to be selected.
【If the absolute value of cYL is greater than > 2.00, you will need to pay a price difference of $10.】
【lf the absolute value of cYL is greater than > 4.00, you will need to pay a price difference of $20.】
【Step 4: Lens Function Lens Coating】
Add coatings for better vision and protection.
